BALAVIA™ - 40AU60T2 is an automated tilt mount that automatically tilts the TV down when the TV is turned "ON" and returns the TV to the upright position when the TV is turned "OFF". This completely eliminates the need to use the provided remote control when the "Auto Mode" is selected. It is designed for familiar and easy installation as conventional manual tilt mounts.
